Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee on all new, unused, or unopened products for 30 days after purchase. For supplements, we offer a 30 day return window from the date of purchase.
For XDOG vests we offer a 7 day return window from the date of delivery for size exchanges.
Did I Get The Correct Size? Before returning the product please message us directly so we can confirm or suggest the perfect size XDOG VEST for your dog!

DO NOT Throw away the shipping box until you have determined that you have the correct size vest as you will need to use the shipping box for your exchange.
Any vestor accessory returned with the shipping label on the product box will not receive a full refund as it will be considered an open box and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee subtracted from your refund amount.
If the vest appears to have been used for more than just a try on (for example excessive fur or dirt) and/or any accessories to the vest are missing (such as the gel packs, weight bags, drawstring bag, patches, or collapsible bowl) that will be a 25% fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.

If your request is approved we will then send you a prepaid return label to ship the item back to us (for Domestic orders only, International orders have to pay return shipping).
Once we receive your return we will issue you a refund back on your original method of payment.
For international returns and exchanges we do not issue refunds on any taxes or duties that you may have paid when purchasing or receiving the item. These taxes are issued by your country.
