For XDOG products we offer a 30 day return window from the date of purchase. To request a refund on your order you must first return your item back to us. Once we receive it we can then process your refund with 1-2 business days.

Autoship Subscription Policy

Your autoship subscription can be canceled at any time. To cancel your Autoship subscription login to your account here using the email you originally ordered from. If you’ve forgotten your password click the “Forgot my password” link to have it reset back to you. If the system is unable to find your email it is because you don’t have an account. Defective, Damaged Goods Policy

If you’ve received a damaged or defective product immediately contact us here letting us know about your damaged item. Once verified we can send you a return label allowing you to ship the damaged item(s) back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll ship you out a new item within 1-3 business days.
